Kees Van Der Westen machines are an icon in the coffee industry and used in some of the finest shops in the world. 

The Kees Mirage runs a heating system based on the thermo-syphon system. It consists of one large 13 liter copper boiler and is equipped with a heat-exchanger for each group running vertically slanted across the boiler. Beautifully built and designed, this is an awesome e61 HX machine for any cafe. 

Each group is activated via a touchpad offering a continuous button and 4 programmable volumetric buttons.
